I grew up in Connecticut, graduated from New York University, then headed out to Chicago.
One of my passions has long been rehabilitating abused and neglected dogs. In Chicago I became a participant in the Cheney group - later the Canine Therapy group.
There I learned the power of healing with animals and therapeutic touch. Our dogs worked with Autistic children and people in rehabilitation.
I am also trained in pastoral care, through a chaplaincy program at Northwestern Memorial Hospital, where I worked specifically with seniors, oncology patients, and in the ER.
I am an Episcopal Priest, and a graduate of Nashotah House seminary in Wisconsin, also educated at Garret Evangelical/Seabury Western Seminaries in Chicago.
Today I live on a farm where I care for humans and animals alike through therapy, rehabilitation, and spiritual counseling.
